Synopsis
It
begins with a dream, about an Elder African
woman and a stone tablet of symbols.
It
becomes real when Shanti, on assignment in
Ethiopia, finds herself in the very location
of her dream, holding a piece of the stone
tablet.
The dream was real. The Elder was real.
Which means…the stone tablet is real.
When she returns home and shares the story
with her father, he tells her she will have
to find all the other pieces. Thus begins a
journey to find the lost teachings,
scattered around the world, buried in
history.
(Full synopsis yet to come ... and I hope
that I will, some time soon, have the time
to write it!)

Why? |
I wrote this book because it was longing to come forth.
It was a journey I needed to take, both
as an evolving spiritual being, and as a writer. |

Excerpt |
|
"Flashes, images, all tumbling into each other. An African
woman, standing, watching. A circular stone tablet. People
dancing, singing. A cut along the surface of the rock by one
hand. Another cut by another hand. She watches. They touch
the circular tablet, giving to and drawing from the rock.
Great reverence. They bow to her. She bows back.
Now she stands alone, a mountain in the
background, the savannah silent. A single tear rolls down
her cheek as she clutches a piece of rock to her chest.
It is done.
And she grieves.
And she celebrates."
