Peace through peace.

This is the only way that peace can truly be attained.

Several days ago an explosion in Bali caused the end of a number of lives. Please know that these people knew, at Soul level, that that risk was there. Please also know that these Souls are home and are happy.

The temptation is for people to condemn whoever was responsible for the explosion, for the deaths and injuries. But such a response will result in a perpetuation of the same situation. We ask that you remain calm, and find peace within yourself. Then allow that peace to extend outwards from you.

To be afraid, to live in fear will draw what you fear to you. Do not live with fear in your heart and mind. Live with peace and love within your heart and mind.

Do not be afraid. But please, think about the world that you are creating.

Thoughts create. So if thirty three people think  it will rain today and five people think it will not rain, would it surprise you if it did rain? In the same way if 3 million people focus on world peace, holding peace and love within their hearts and minds, and one million people focus on fear and war, who do you think will create what they are focusing on? The focus with the greatest force behind it will win.

We will repeat such truths until you all accept them. We will draw your attention to peace and love again and again until all people live in peace and love.

Do not be afraid. Have faith that your thoughts and prayers for peace will bring peace.

Shalom.

Who Are You?

Wednesday 11 September 2002

On this day, we are aware that there is much emotion on Earth.

We know that many people still grieve, and we know that many people are still angry, and we know that there are also people who have no emotion left to feel.

To take the life of any person in the name of world peace is a contradiction.

To decide upon revenge for the sake of justice, does not make sense.

And yet humanity does this all the time and has done so for centuries.

At some point someone must surely decide that the path to peace is THROUGH peace. And yet you do not. If you must take something from the past year and use it to grow from, make it the choice to live in peace. Although you may not think so, your individual choice does affect the world.

The path to peace is bound to the path of forgiveness and compassion. Without these you cannot live with peace in your heart. The human lifetime is so transitory, it is a stage in a chain of experiences. It is not eternal. Therefore, the grief and the pain are also transitory. We do not mean to sound uncaring, but we believe you all know that people DO work through their grief and are able to let it go. Why is it that grief can be released so much easier that anger?

To live in anger, hate, fear and darkness, is to NOT to live a life that you are capable of living if you just make the choice.  If you do not like war, and death, and suffering, choose a different way of BEing.

Affect the world around you through your decision for peace, for compassion.

September 11 is a day of remembrance, and it is also a day of choice.

Have you ever stopped, sat still, and just allowed yourself to feel your body?

Have you ever stopped, sat still, and allowed yourself to hear the sounds around you?

Have you ever stopped, sat still, and just allowed yourself to BE?

Most likely you have not, and if you have it might be a rare thing for you to do. But, these are awkward times for many people, and one way that they can assist themselves is to take this quiet time to BE.  Allow yourself to sit, and BE and allow your energy to balance.

Sometimes people feel frustrated because life is not going the way they would like it to go. We suggest they pause and think about what they would like to bring into their lives, and then we suggest they ‘tell the Universe’ what they are bringing into their life and LET THE MATTER GO. Surrender it.

And don’t rush the universe. Don’t expect to receive within five minutes or a day. Know that the ‘wheels are in motion’ and that all you need is patience and faith.  Faith in the universe, in I AM, and in yourself. So long as you are taking steps towards your goal KNOW that you will reach that goal. Do not give up just as you stand before the finish line.

Have faith in your dreams. Have faith in your self. If you feel unworthy of your dreams, then realize this: You are a magnificent Being! No ‘mistake’ that you have ever made will ever be held against you by anyone other than a fellow human being. A mistake is merely something that you now look back on and think was not in your best interests. But all it was was an ‘experience’, nothing more. You had an experience. Let it go and look at the finest qualities about yourself that you like. Focus on those.

If you have qualities that you are not so fond of, think about how you can change them into qualities that you will be proud of. Do not assume that you can never change! That is just an excuse. Anyone and everyone can change, if they make the decision to do so.

And if you do not make the changes that you would secretly like to, are you cheating yourself? Are you living life only halfway? And if you feel you ARE living halfway: do something about it!

Do not decide that the fault lies with other people, for all of your reactions, decisions, criticisms, dislikes, likes, passions and thoughts and YOUR OWN. If a person makes you angry it is because you are choosing to be angry, you are choosing to play THEIR game and be drawn in. Let them play their game alone. Realise that the game does not involve you and that that person is just going through their own issues—and that you just happened to be in the room at that time. Do not get pulled in to everyone else’s emotions issues, unless you feel you can assist them in working through those issues. If they need someone to listen to them, perhaps you can be there to listen. If they need a shoulder to cry on, be that shoulder. But if they need someone to holler at and blame for everything in their lives, leave the room. You are hardly responsible for the problems of an entire world!

If you can understand that much of the pain in your life is because you allow yourself to be drawn in to other people’s emotional issues, then you can step back, and not allow that any longer. And if this leaves YOU feeling calmer and happier, then you will assist others to that calmness and happiness.

It’s all about choices: how to react/respond to other people, to other situations. How do YOU want to live your life? Peacefully? Calmly? Harmoniously?

Make your choice for how you would like to live this day.

 Progress is relative.

Sometimes the progress is forwards and sometimes it is ‘almost’ sideways. We say ‘almost’ because it can often be perceived as such and yet it is actually like an expanding cloud of understanding. As if you have taken one concept that you understood at a simple level and suddenly that concept has expanded into full knowingness and experience, hence it has not so much been forward as expansive/ sideways.

To gain further understanding in any area is always progress. Do not be too focused on forward movement that you leave a thin line of limited understanding behind you. Take the time to consider the concepts and allow your own understanding to fully expand. And do not think that you know all there is to know about a concept because as you continue your path you will find your understandings about everything change--as if you have put on pink tinted glasses, and thus affected your view of everything through those glasses.

Take time to stop. Sit a while on your path. BE on your path. Fully experience and appreciate everything that has carried you to this point and everything and everyone that is a part of your life at this point.

Sometimes what you have left behind you, pulls you backwards. You do not see it, you may not even notice it save for a lack of ‘ease’ in forward movement. In these times be aware that there may be something pulling you back. Allow yourself to sense what that might be. When you gain an understanding and appreciation of what it is, also allow yourself to know how to heal and release that issue. You DO have that knowledge within you. You know how to heal everything, if you could just allow yourself to tap into that.

Your path should be built of a solid enough energy so that if you do, at any time, need to take a few steps backwards, or HAVE TO take a few steps backwards, the path will be solid enough to support you. If it is not then it will be as if you are on a rickety wooden swing bridge over a canyon. Build it well and it will be a solid road across a level plain.

Yes, there is always something to strive for in your lives. Always something you are working towards, be it to get to the end of the school day when you are a child, or the end of the meeting when you are an adult at work. You rush to finish school, to complete your education, to finish just about everything. STOP! Train yourself to ‘experience’ the moments, find the truth in them. You are exactly where you are meant to be. So enjoy being there. You are exactly WHO you are meant to be, so enjoy being yourself.

What we find sad is children who feel that they are not smart enough, not talented enough, not pretty enough. This is horrible that any child ever feels this way. A child is a miraculous Being of beauty and glory. They should be taught to be content in who they are. Yes, indeed, teach them to work hard at school, discuss with them what they would like to do with their life, the kinds of toys they would like to have, the kind of house, car, clothes etc. Teach them how to attain those things by assisting them one day at a time. But also teach them that a child who gets 100% on a test is no greater than a child who gets 43%. All children are magnificent, and they are each being led towards where they are meant to be with their life. Teach the children to be content within themselves, and to love who they are. Be proud of them, and teach them to be proud of themselves, and proud of their friends also. A child who is kind to another, is as important to the world as heart surgeon. A child who shares a chocolate bar with a friend is as important as the man who brings peace to a nation. A child who laughs with a friend is as important as a nurse who holds the hand of a dying patient. No one is lesser, no one is greater, be they adult or child. So NEVER judge people according to a materialistic scale. Judge them on WHO they are.

Guide the children on their path. Assist them in building a strong path. Teach them the foundations of being a great person. Teach them to open their heart. Teach them to trust, and to be honest. Teach them by example, for a child will assess your behavior before they hear the words you speak. You cannot tell a child to do one thing while you yourself do another. They are not naïve, they are often wiser than you!

Teach them to not rush forwards so fast that they miss the opportunity to create a strong foundation ‘now’.  The foundations they lay now will support them when they need to take a pause and rest a while.

Teach them that sometimes the progress they make is not evident to the world, and sometimes not even evident to them.

Progress is relative.  Sometimes you think you are stagnating, sometimes you think you are going backwards, sometimes you think you are hurtling forwards.  But, progress is not only relative, it is inevitable.  Accept that you progress on many levels, and do not judge that progress. Allow the progress, allow the growth, allow the new understandings to rise when you are ready to become aware of them.

Robyn: Sometimes things seem very clear and I feel that I am about to grasp something profound. And then it vanishes and I am left wondering what it was I thought I almost understood.

The Teachers: The veil between 'knowing' and 'not knowing' (or even 'remembering' and 'forgetting') is very thin. Sometimes it is so thin that it is barely there. At those times you are within a hairs breadth of being your true self. Hard to believe? It would happen in an instant if you would let it.

You are trapped within a game. You do not see what exists beyond the game, and yet you know so much about it. You step out, you test the waters, you expand your knowingness, but then you are drawn back into the game.

Because most other people you know are also trapped within the game you find it hard to escape to reality.

Perhaps the use of the term 'game' is a little harsh. By 'game' we merely mean the lifetime you have taken on in all its illusion. You know that time and space do not exist and that you never left I AM, therefore, even though 'game' is an unfair term, let us consider it to be just that. And, like most games within the 'game' it is not winning that is important it is HOW you play the game/'game'.

Play it well.

What is it that you desire to know? Look in to your heart and know that you already know everything.

Peace? Live peace yourself and lead by example.

Truth? Know your own truth, know what resonates with you. Know also that everyone's truth may be different.

Enlightenment? Walk the path of enlightenment and take notice of the words, the people, the books, movies, birds in the sky, all of the events around you.

Success in the 'mortal realm’? Choose it. Believe in it.

Success for those you love? Teach them to create. Teach them that they can have whatever they desire in their life by believing in it, by creating it, by knowing it will be theirs.

Good health? Bless your food and drink. Purify your diet and your thoughts as much as you are able--and know that as you progress so will you have better control over your food, to the point where you will merely decree that the food will do no harm and your body will absorb only the highest quality nutrients and vibrations.

Happiness? Choose it.

Laughter? Laugh.

Sorrow? Seek understanding. Accept the loss of a loved one when they return home. You never actually loose anyone.

Depression? That is a choice.

Anger? That is a choice.

Motivation? Watch a bird fly. Does it need motivation? No, it flies because it loves to fly.

Look, listen, observe everything. All of the answers are around you and within you. It is the 'question' that you are often struggling for.

Your life is what you make it. Your life is what you focus on. You life is what you expect to happen to you.

Do you focus on, and expect, poverty or wealth; health or disease; joy or sorrow? Do not expect all things to be handed to you. Play your part, take steps towards that which you desire. You cannot say your dream is to have a novel published if you never write one and seek a publisher. You cannot say you never win lotto if you never buy a ticket. You cannot say that you are always unwell without taking steps to improve your health. The 'taking of the steps' is important because with each step your belief becomes much stronger because now you are DOING something to manifest what you desire.

Do not leave your life in the hands of others. Do not expect other people to give you what you want--they may have no idea of your expectations.

There is a Light in you that burns bright. Turn it up! Make it burn brighter! Make it so bright the world cannot help but notice!

Don't settle for less when you know you are a great Being.

Look into your heart.

Robyn: I feel that someone would like to talk, so, please, go ahead...

The Teachers: We observe your world, and we have drawn the conclusion that humankind can be incredibly selfish and intolerant. This is not a judgment so much as it is an observation. We have observed what YOU have observed.

Why is it that people get so caught up in their religious choices that they cannot seem to understand that there are many roads to I AM's 'house'? If there was only one way to get there then you would ALL be having the same experiences and doing the same things as you all walked en masse to your goal. That is not the point! Variety, lessons, tolerance, understanding and the inquiring mind.

You might believe that Jesus was the one true way, but unless you have examined all other 'ways' how do you know? How do you know that Buddha, Krishna, Jesus, St Germain, did not all teach the same? How do you know how words were couched to suit each individual language? And yet people condemn another religion because it is not theirs. They ignore the core teachings of their own religion.

What would WE like to see? Tolerance, respect, loving thy brother and sister, honoring all life, and understanding, compassion, joy.

There are, and have been, many representatives of various religions who have brought their religion into disrepute, who have done anything but live the true teachings of their religion, and yet people have looked on that person as the epitome of that religion. It should have been obvious that they were not.

This is to be an era of understanding. This is to be an era of harmony and peace. This is to be an era when people walk their own path, and are respected for doing just that. If you have knowledge to share then people will come to you and ask you questions, for at their inner Beingness they KNOW you have some answers, some keys, that they need for the next step of their journey. But, it you do not know what their journey is then you cannot in all fairness foist your own beliefs upon them. Let them come to you and let them ask their questions. This is very hard for people. They want to help and 'save' other people.

Take a lesson from Jesus, he did not run around trying to convert people. The people came to him because they heard that he was a teacher and a healer. They came to him and they ask questions of him, they ask for his help, they were searching for their own answers. And Jesus sat down quietly with them, or stood speaking to a great crowd, and he shared what he knew with them. They came to him. Trust in that lesson.

Do not judge others by your own standards, for as you grow so do those standards evolve. People will come to YOU, and all that you need to do is continue walking your path, learning, growing, evolving, and to say to the universe 'Let them come'.

The greatest Teachers of all the ages did not need to run around looking for people to convert, for as soon as the vibration of their knowledge emanated through the world, people KNEW that here was a great teacher, and they began to listen.

Do not go to a teacher just to try and tear them apart and tell them they are wrong, for their understanding of the world and of the Divine Plan of I AM is far greater that your understanding. Listen, learn, grow, or you will miss the lessons laid in neon lettering at your feet.

Look at the bird that crosses your path. It flew from a Catholic church to a Mosque, to a Hindu temple, and in each place it found loving people, in each place it felt the vibration of harmony and love. That bird is I AM as much as you and I. But the bird allows itself to see the beauty of the world without judgment, whilst many people look and judge and condemn and never see the beauty because their eyes are so dark and hard against their brother and their sister.

Look at your world with clear and open eyes. Look with love in your heart and allow yourself to see the glorious diversity of life.

26 December 2001

I sat down one evening and felt a loving energy all around me. I knew that someone wanted to speak, and the following is the result....

Robyn: What would you like to share?

Sananda: That you acknowledge your strengths and talents and that all is as it should be.

We see people envy what other people have, be it their possessions, their talents, the abilities. When they do this they do not acknowledge their own abilities, talents and possessions. You are all walking your own pathway, and your pathways will be unlike each others. If you had the ability of someone else you would not be who you are, and you would not do the work that you are doing or are destined to do.

It is of importance that people embrace everything positive about themselves and work with what they have. (What they have will alter as they evolve and grow).

However, it is okay to allow other peoples talents and abilities to impress you to the point of working harder to develop your own. If they motivate you, then that is acceptable and good.

If people in the world accepted that they are where they are for a reason, then not only would half the world be happier, but the other half would stop blaming everyone else for their problems.

Self responsibility. That could be an interesting theme for 2002.

Tell me, what do you think of the number: 2002?

Robyn: Well, to me is looks like the continual journey: duality, back to Oneness, to the totality of I AM, and then, from the totality of I AM the game begins again and we have duality, separateness.

Sananda/Bear: And in your own life it is the separateness of Soul and Personality coming back together. The '2002' is a global, planetary and individual message. Heed it well.

11 December 2001

We would like to talk about something that you were considering earlier today: flow. About going with the flow and not fighting the current of Life.

There are times where you feel as if things are a struggle, and that is because your Guidance are pulling you in the direction that is best for you whilst you are trying to rush the other way. It can be quite funny to watch!

What is the flow that flows with ease? It is the flow when you KNOW that all is well and that your life is progressing as it should. There are, of course, 'lulls' in the flow, times when you feel becalmed. There are merely times when it is best for you to just 'BE' for a short while. But do you rest and 'BE'? NO, you try to rush off again, believing that there is so much to do and achieve that you cannot rest for a single moment. And yet, in that pause, in those moments of 'BEing' you could have connected in to your Soul, you could have realized something important.

The flow of life can be rushed and harried. But make time to 'BE'. Allow yourself to feel when you are in that peaceful lull, and sit quietly. Listen, still your mind, and see what comes up. You may be forging a stronger connection to your Guidance, or connecting in with a new Energy, or strengthening the already existing connections.

Think of it this way: when you bake a cake do you do a little bit and them run off and do something else, come back a few hours later to do a bit more of the recipe, and then run off again? No, you focus on the task of making a cake. If you feel the lull, stay with it and allow it to progress into what, or who, it is that is really trying to communicate with you.

Sometimes you feel as if you are fighting against the current when it is merely that you are deciding that the task at hand is a difficult one. For example, studying for a degree. Society has decided and taught that studying for a degree is very hard work, and so instead of enjoying the subject and the study, and rejoicing in the fact that you are in the process of creating the future YOU desire, you choose to believe that it is hard, that it is a struggle every day. THAT is society's influence. But, take the time within whatever task you are doing and find the 'flow' in that task.

The purpose of this is to train yourself to sense when you are in the flow and to sense when you are beginning to fight the flow.

It is YOU who have decided where the current of your life will flow, and it is YOU that fights it. There is no higher power that decides 'you shall do this, be this and suffer that'. It is your I AM Soul that plans out your life. But, in your physicality you have lost the connection to that higher part of yourself. You see from ground level and you see only as far as your eyesight allows you to see. Trust that your I AM Soul sees from a greater perspective and sees all.

And be firm in your understanding of your own flow. Other people may try to tell you that you should do this or do that, that you should be this or be that. WE tell you: 'Listen to your I AM Soul' and teach yourself to be in constant connection to your I AM Soul.

ALLOW YOURSELF TO TRAVEL WITH THE CURRENT OF LIFE.

30 November 2001

We would like to talk about the average day.

Why? Because it is within the 'average day' that enlightenment is truly found. When we speak of 'enlightenment' we speak of the illuminating of ones own understandings--understandings that are within a person already, but are buried deep.

When a mother cooks a meal for her family, she may prepare it and cook it with love, allowing her love to become a part of that food. Or she may just throw together a meal in a hurry, frustrated because there are so many chores to be attended to, in which case the food will be missing that special ingredient--the love.

When a mother irons a shirt she may do so because she desires her husband/son/daughter to look nice. That ironing is an act of love and act of devotion--and those qualities are ironed into the shirt. She might also iron in a rush to get through the task as quickly as possible, in which case all she does is become annoyed that she has to do the chore at all.

Men and women both work, whether they are paid for that work or not is beside the point. What we are discussing is they WAY that people attend to their work. Writing a report, ironing, digging, painting, cleaning, cooking, driving, selling, in each of these tasks there is a choice to be made. You may focus on your decision to dislike the work and long for the end of the work day. Or you can focus totally and be fully present as you attend to the work and find calmness and serenity within that work. You can allow yourself to accept that you are an integral 'cog' in humanity, that what you offer to the world is more than just your taxes and your sweat. You are a vital person, you touch other people's lives. You are more than just the accountant, the shop assistant, the mechanic, BUT it is through these roles that you have the opportunity to find enlightenment.

Every task that we perform offers us the opportunity to find enlightenment, so do not view any task or any moment as worthless.

EVERY moment is an opportunity.

Sit still with your cup of coffee or tea, and allow yourself to savor every moment of the experience of drinking that coffee or tea. As you do this you will find an inner calmness and a serenity that is not found within the rush to gulp down the drink and move on. This is but a baby step in the process of analyzing HOW you live your average day.

Granted, some people are 'stuck' in jobs that they have decided to hate. Their hate is a choice. Their decision to stay in that job is a choice. There decision to look for a different job is a choice. If you are truly unhappy in your work, then think carefully about whether you are following your life's passion. Or are you unhappy because of interpersonal relationships within the work environment, people pushing your buttons etc. For THAT is as easy to deal with as swatting a fly. Simply do not participate in such situations, do not allow yourself to 'react' in a manner that is not the highest expression of Who You Are.

Even that is another step towards enlightenment. For if a person in your workplace really annoys you, look upon them as your teacher, think about why it is that they annoy you. Maybe you see something in them that you do not like to see in yourself. Maybe you do not like the way they treat other people. But, you must live YOUR life in the highest way possible, and you cannot walk THEIR path for them, nor should you want to.

In every task,
in every relationship,
in every moment,
THAT is where enlightenment is found.

19 November 2001

WE would like to raise an issue that is perhaps pertinent to these 'times'.

How often does a follower of a religious doctrine refuse to look at the merits of any other doctrine?

Why?

WE would like to ask that you do not allow yourself to be bound to your religion with chains. Allow yourself to look at other religions and see what they have to offer. I do not say 'change' your religion, I just ask that you consider what your brother understands.

People follow Krishna, or Buddha, or Jesus and they look at each others religions as if they were some kind of mental illness! And yet, if you look at the core beliefs you will see that each religion teaches a way of peace and of love.

You take a look at a picture of a many armed goddess and you consider it a pagan religion, and yet, you have no idea of the symbolism of the goddess, of the message that she is conveying. This is a simple error.

WE ask that you take the time to consider and to understand your brothers and sisters. If you can do that then you no longer fear people that are different to yourself, be it in colour, language or religion.

This is not an era for creating barriers between yourselves and everyone else, this is a time of allowing the barriers to melt away. When you do this you will see that you are all the same.

And so, this is our concept for the week.

The Teachers

16 November 2001

This week we have a new request.

We ask that for five minutes each day you just 'BE'. Whether you do this early in the morning or at night does not matter.

Find a place that is quiet.

Sit.

Close your eyes.

Still your thoughts.

Just BE.

For five minutes each day.

It is not the cigarettes, the alcohol, the drugs that you need, is it the PEACE that your Soul needs.

In your heart you will find peace and only as you find that peace will you ever realise how much
you mourned its absence from your life.

Who are you?

You are I AM.
Who is I AM?
I AM is ALL.

We are The Teachers who teach Robyn and who teach 'through' Robyn. We will teach through all who care to be still long enough to hear us and sense us.

The current situation on Earth is a culmination of many factors, and each person has played a part. If you have wished for world peace, if you have wished for freedom for all people, if you have wished for 'change' then look around you at this time and see the world situation for what it really is: a time of change. There is always a calm before the storm. What you are living amongst is the storm.

We ask that you not be afraid of what is happening. Rather we ask that you focus on the love within your heart and allow that love to spread. There is a difference betwen a thought of fear and a thought of love. Try that for yourself, think of something that makes you afraid and see how your body feels, how your energy feels. Now think of something that fills you with love, and see how your body feels, how your energy feels. Now, imagine that you are sending those 'feelings' out into the atmosphere. Which would benefit humankind and the Earth the most? The feelings that come from love.

If every person chose to focus on the love within their hearts, within their lives, then they would reach the hundredth monkey level very quickly. You see, you do not even need the entire planet to choose 'love and peace' at this very moment in order to achieve world peace, you just need ENOUGH people to choose it in order to create that wave of change.

Do not feel powerless, do not underestimate the Power of One.

This is not a time of fear. This is a time to rejoice at what is in the wind, to celebrate the tide of peace that is washing towards you.

Celebrate. Reach out a helping hand to your brothers and sisters. Find the peace within your own heart and share it with them.
